Apply online, send resume and they will follow up with a phone call. You meet with management, it is not stressful or anything. They will hire almost anyone. If they call you after the interview they will schedule a drug test and background check. Once you complete that and pass you will go through training process. The training is in a couple parts, a first aid/cpr part, then also a week of learning to handle different situations. If you choose they may send you to do further training to give medications. You will make a bit more money if you choose to go through and pass that training.
