I was contacted by David Mason after he came across my CV and liked my past experience. I was brought in for a very informative and professional Interview by Rebecca Bland, the process was comfortable and exciting after hearing the opportunities in more detail and discussing my ambitions moving forward.

Relaxed and full of lies. Made false promise and sold a role that did no match up to the end e I went in to. Fed all the good chat and showed around the business which on a paper looks impressive but purely masks over what a poorly ran, joke of a business this really is

Interview
Initial phone screening then invited in for a face to face interview which was preceded by psychometric testing. Final stage involved a role play presentation relevant to the position. A professional and well managed process.
