In2 interview questions

I got a call from the online post i posted up and I went up for the interview. I bought my portfolio and we went thru and over with my portfolio the business development manager explain what I needed to do and the job scope and i agree.

Was called in for a casual interview in the office. first interview went smoothly, provided my portfolio of design works. interviewer said he will try to convince his boss for a 2nd interview. he didn't call me for the 2nd interview instead, which i later found out that he lied about being busy and not able to get back to me sooner.
