InComm Inbound Customer Service Representative interview questions

I was hired through a staffing agency. This was a seasonal assignment. For the gift card department for the Christmas rush. We assisted customers with their account information and assisted customers who had personalized prepaid debit cards, load funds to their accounts. We also assisted with balance and transaction history and any disputes.
