The interview process was quick and efficient, with fast responses from HR. It included a technical discussion focused on C# and .NET concepts, followed by a salary discussion and then the offer. Overall, the process was smooth, straightforward, and well-organized.

Interview
I applied to the Project Delivery Consultant with a background that lined up exactly with the needs of the position. I had a phone screening and the recruiter let me know that I was actually a bit over-qualified for what they were looking for, since they wanted a Consultant I, but liked my background and still wanted to consider me for a Consultant III position.
So I went through 3 additional hour-long interviews, and was ghosted at the end. It was a complete waste of my time.

Interview
I completed a phone screen with the recruiter, and a week later the recruiter informed me that the hiring manager was interested in moving forward and asked for my availability. After I responded, I did not receive any further communication until two weeks later, when I received a generic rejection email. Although the role required experience I possessed, the offered salary was more in line with a junior-level position. Overall, the process lacked follow-through and clarity around expectations.
