      Customer Service Representative Interview

      15 Mar 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Salt Lake City, UT
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at InQpharm (Salt Lake City, UT) in Apr 2016

      Interview

The process was simple, a bit too simple in my opinion. I got a call from the Marketing Director and then the Marketing Communications manager as a follow up. I never met in person or knew where the office was. It was very simple and kind of sketchy to be honest. But my gut told me to take the job and jump in.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Your standard CSR questions. They gave me a written test via email where I emailed answers to questions as well as verbally answered questions as well.
