Be careful interviewing with this company. They will take all your ideas, not sure if they really are hiring. 2 interviews, first interview is with trained corporate psychologist. It's all about the new emotional intelligence. My guess is I was tagged as not emotionally intelligent and therefore flagged to be taken advantage of in the next interview with the hiring manager. I was duped, solicited for free technology consulting. If you have a good resume with interesting technologies, be very careful with this company.
