Interview
I was initially contacted by a recruiter for a phone screening to learn more about the company and my professional background. Two weeks later I was contacted again for another phone screening. Few days later A virtual interview was scheduled with two managers via Google Teams it went very well lots of positive feedback during the interview. I received a phone call from the recruiter two days later informing me that although the interview went very well and were very impressed with my qualifications, the mangers would be pursuing other candidates due to the follow up mock call.Overall, seems like a great company to work for and I was very enthused about joining the team. I just hate I wasn't given the opportunity due to the follow up mock call. I hope in the future they prepare potential candidates with guidelines and how to succeed in this to avoid overlooking any strong candidates like myself.

Multiple rounds focused on customer service and past helping experience. Open to different backgrounds. Friendly and casual interview style. Phone interviews with video interviews later. About four different rounds. Exercise related to job duties.

Very comfortable and informative. Senior manager was friendly, straightforward. Explained the pros and cons. Motivated me to join because of his compelling display of mission statements and beliefs of a better healthcare system for everyone!

The recruiter you talk to is so friendly and helpful! You go through a phone interview and then I was contacted for a video interview as well as a mock phone call with a customer. The video interview was super nice and the people I interviewed with were very friendly! They gave you all the paperwork you needed to answer the questions for the mock phone call as well
