The interview process was straight forward. There was an initial phone interview with the president Dr. Carl Cameron. Dr. Cameron was very insightful and made me aware of the job responsibilities and objectives; he inquired, on multiple occasion, whether or not I felt the job would be a good fit. We went back and forth on compensation for a while and ultimately agreed. The process concluded with a second interview with my supervisor, in which materials were assigned and the orientation began.
