I had a technical interview with a senior software engineer and later a culture-fit and technical discussion with the CEO. The interview process was smooth. I decided not to accept the offer due to compensation. At the time I had 5 years of experience and the offer was €33k gross per year with visa sponsorship.

It was about solving an algorith questions. They are checking mostly your analytical skills. The recruitment process takes shorter than i expected. The process takes around 3 - 4 steps.
