I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
I didn't experience much. 30+ days passed and I got the "thanks but no thanks" letter. All fine except they "decided to pass on my candidacy".
Really? One of the more poorly written form letters I've seen.
I applied online. I interviewed at Indeed in Jan 2019
Interview
General questions about my recruitment experience. How do I source candidates, preparing candidates, KPIs, some questions about my technical knowledge as I focus on tech recruitment.
The role was explained to me, how they work.
Given chance to ask any questions
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed
Interview
Indeed provided an excellent interview process. I submitted an application, and was contacted shortly thereafter by their talent attraction team. We had a 10-15 minute conversation about my experience, the structure of the position, as well as next steps involved in the process. From there, they coordinated a video interview for me with 4 team members. My interviews were thorough. I felt as though all of my questions were answered during the interviews, as well as by their talent attraction team as they came up. Indeed’s team is passionate and personable. It was
refreshing to have an interview that was more conversational based opposed to merely grilling me about my work experience.
