I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (San Mateo, CA)
Interview
Two rounds. First round was a typical phone screening interview in which they asked me to walk through the resume and talk about myself. Last for about 20 minutes. Second (final) round consisted of a video call with 3 sales directors, one of them being a senior sales director. Lasted for about 45 minutes with 15 minutes each sales director.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2016
Interview
I was contacted by one of the university recruiters to set up a telephone interview. Phone interview was very behavioural and more about walk-throughs of my resume. Then, I moved on to the second stage, which was in person at the Indeed office. I had a week to prepare and met up with two sales directors. My best advice is do a through research on Indeed's business and industry. Also, be absolutely sure Sales career is your biggest interest right now.
