The assessment evaluation and the interview feedbacks are consolidated post the closure of process and discussions are done to help find the best fit as per the current business needs. There are times, when the process may have may have gotten delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or because to unavoidable business reason. We regret that it may have increased the process time on the day, but the intention is to close the process in one single shot than having multiple rounds extending over different days.
