Contacted by an HR representative regarding a current opening. We spoke a little about my background, past experiences and what I'm looking for. They noted right away in the 30 min phone interview that my salary expectations 'were a little high...' but they still wanted to have me come in for an in-person interview. I arrived for my interview about 15 mins early, and was led to a meeting room where I sat for those 15 minutes while the interviewers 'finished up what they were doing'. Interview was 3 vs. 1 with 3 developers all interviewing me at the same time. Interview was purely fluff and just went over my resume with standard questions about my experience, knowledge, what I'm looking for in a position and where I see myself in the next few years. I asked about the 'salary range and expectations' for this position and was told that they really didn't have that information on hand at the moment. They assured me that the HR representative who I was in contact with would get back to me most likely by the end of the day to fill me in on the salary related information. Never received any further communication from the company - not even to let me know they weren't moving forward with my application

Got contacted by the recruiter for a phone interview, and she never called me back. I've sent a follow up email, no response again. Why she sent me the email to set up a phone interview ,if she didn't want to proceed with that!so rude and unprofessional.
