Independence Blue Cross Actuarial Analyst interview questions

Three rounds of interviews. Two phone screens. One with HR and one with actuarial. Final interview day with 4 interviews, three with managers and then a final lunch interview with two analysts, mostly informational

The first was a phone interview. After answering some questions, I was invited for an on-site interview. After the on-site interview, I was invited to meet with members of the department and went out and had lunch with some of them. Some negotiations and then hired.
