Received a call from HR, who collected my details and scheduled the interview. About the panel: The interviewer joined the meeting 10 minutes late without prior notice (assuming there may have been a valid reason). The interviewer appeared junior to me and seemed inexperienced in conducting interviews. He presented himself as an expert on all topics while dismissing other perspectives. Overall, the interaction lacked professionalism. It would be beneficial to provide proper interview training to panel members before they conduct interviews.

I had a technical interview where I was asked to build a simple e-commerce page with filters on one side and items on the other. Due to IDE issues, I couldn’t complete it, so he asked how I would break down the UI (components, reusable parts, and data flow). Even though it was fullstack role he only asked me frontend questions.
