Excellent experience, yet very transparent, healthy and supportive at the same time. It was in the form of submission of application, apprpearing in an entrance exam, interview in phases covering all aspects of your personality, group beahaviour, group discussion, individual tests, leadership skills, physical endurance, psychological tests, medical, interview and interview by the penal of officers. An excellent experience in life.

Structured and transparent. It had psychological, group testing, interview and medical process. Each was handed separately by different people. It was very fair, transparent, without obstruction and in a disciplined yet good environmen. I liked it.

Process is long drawn. Average acceptance rate is less than one percent. For NDA 300 vacancies exist for which 3000000 candidates apply. Once you join then the government takes care of every thing. Froom food to books. The salaries are good... and career prospects based on your dedication
