The Interview was scheduled at 10 am and was asked to fill up a form and also provide a plan for securing admissions for new candidates. An initial interview was conducted by a staff member and was specifically asked if I was in for cold calling. I politely declined that my strategy is different. Asked to wait for the next round of interview. The place was not sufficiently ventilated and was very stuffy. There were fans on two extreme ends, which did not solve the purpose. The director arrived after almost 2 hours. The director did ask me the same question about cold calling and I just had listen to her. She was a bit stubborn in her talk and was not prepared to listen to what I was to say. A boss who blindly wants her subordinates to follow her orders. Not a professional way of interviewing.
