Tell me about a time you had to deescalate a customer or client and how you handled it and what you think you chose to do correctly and what you would do differently.

Interview
The interview process was nice and to the point. I interviewed with two nice people that spoke clearly and respectfully. I described in details my experience with prior companies. The two individuals listened carefully as I explained my experience. Interview lasted about 15 minutes.
