It was the easiest process to go through for me. I emailed one of the managers, and we set up a time for a group interview. I arrived a bit late (my class went long), but I walked into one of the event rooms where a group of maybe five or six others were sitting on some couches. It was a very laid-back atmosphere. Obviously, a lot of the interviewees were students. The manager passed out information packets, pretty much signifying we were all hired (obviously there's not too much discrimination when hiring servers), and I worked my first event that weekend. I've heard of some people meeting one-on-one with the manager (I believe I applied during a major hiring period), but questions were general about past work and interests.
