First round - two managers. 10 questions/behavioral and event specific. Tell us a time when...conflict/team/achievement/mistake ,etc... Sometimes they would ask specific knowledge questions: what is the nitrogen cycle for aquarists or what is your favorite animals and their natural history. They then gave you time at the end to ask questions

Tell us about a time you didn't agree with a supervisor. How did you handle it?
It was a two phase process: Phone interview then in person interview on site at the zoo. Afterwards I was give n a tour onsite of the area I would be working in.
