it was a long but fun interview process. everyone was kind and engaging. there were several rounds, each ranging from 30 minutes to an hour depending on the stage. it was always 1:1 and there were no group interviews.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Indigo (Charlestown, MA) in May 2017
Interview
My interview process began with a phone screen with my hiring manager. I then came in to the Indigo office in Charleston, MA to have a quick face-to-face meeting. I then had my first round of interviews (2.5 hrs) with the department head and other Indigo employees. I was then invited back for a second round of interviews (2.5 hrs) with my manager and several other Indigo employees.
