Interview
I initially contacted them via e-mail. I then had a phone interview with the owner. After that I was called in for a one on one interview to see how my face to face communication skills were. The owner was very helpful and very relaxed and she allowed me to first get used to the restaurant an asked for my input in certain aspects of how she had been running the restaurant.

Question 1
As it is a restaurant surrounded in art and a lot of the work was done by the customers themselves. (each table was painted by a different customer) The hardest question was her asking me to critique the artwork.
