I was told what to bring down to get scanned. I had everything all prepared. Didn't have a passport so I have a full and short birth certificate and full uk drivers licence. When I went down they told me my birth certificate was not good enough even thou it was a full one and told me to go buy one online. I've worked for big companies and never had a problem with this. I've also worked in parcelforce and royal mail through an agency and never had a problem yet they stated the companies wouldn't accept it and wasn't worth their while taking it. I couldn't believe what I heard and I am quite upset and angry.
