Question 1
Pointed to an experience on my resume and asked me to talk about it. Proceeded to ask followup questions regarding specific (technical) details regarding that experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Infineum (Singapore) in Jul 2019
Interview
Submitted application and HR took 4 weeks to get back. There are 2 rounds of interviews, one technical one, and a business psychology test cum HR interview. Technical interview is no joke as they would ask questions regarding formulas and theory, which I struggled as all the knowledge has been lost. Business psychology test was professionally set by Kiddy and Partners - which shows how much they invest in the interview process.
