I applied online. I interviewed at Infinity Specialized Marketing (South Bend, IN) in Apr 2017
Interview
Applied online and then followed up pretty quickly from their in-office recruiter who asked a couple basic filtering questions. This led to an in-person interview with the owner, Zach. Before going to the interview I attempted to learn more about the position and company. The online job posting and company website were NOT HELPFUL. It feels somewhat shady or like a bait-and-switch because the information online gives you little to no idea as to what the company actually is or what the job description is. My interview with Zach didn't focus on my background or work experience at all. He just asked some basic work philosophy questions and explained the position and company to me.
Because of the inconsistency between their online presence and who they actually are I felt uncomfortable with the company in general and turned down their offer to further the interview process.
Thank you so much for your feedback! I am sorry that you did not have an excellent experience, and we will be sure to add more information to our online presence.
