2 part interview one with store manager casual he really wants to get to know who you really are and if you'd fit... The second interview is with one of his cronies their job is to take you out to the field show you how its done for 30 minutes and then interview you (which he didn't do) I could tell he had already made up his mind and was just killing time... The other gentalman was wearing street clothes and tennis shoes (we were suppose to dress in a business fashion. And i don't get a call back for anyone wanting to get a job here turn away it seems like they will only hire people they like and have no business making calls like that plus you have to sell 4 dish installations your first 4 days or they will fire you..
