It was a live open interview where you called in during the one-hour time-slot you chose. Once that time came, you clicked the link emailed to you and spoke one on one with the recruiter via video interview at home.
Since the first two weeks of training require full attendance, do you have any appointments or obligations that would prevent you from the mandatory training?
The interview was a one way interview on spark hire & they ask straight to the point questions that align with the job, no foolish questions. Easy smooth process from application to onboarding process.

You fill out a basic online application process. After which they send you an email to download to your PC to test your internet speed. If you pass both, they send a simple questionnaire.
