Be very cautious when applying for a position at this company. There are many steps involved which in and of itself is a major red flag. Very long and thorough interview process with multiple steps including: phone screen with HR, personality and cognitive test, re-taking the cognitive test with the HR contact on the phone, phone interview with the hiring manager, and two case studies. After completing all of these steps and investing 7-8 hours into the interview process, I received an automated email from HR saying the role had been filled. No clear explanation or feedback as to why I was not chosen for next steps.
