After submitting CV, Infobip called to have an interview. Asked previous experience as well as what i can do if i get hired. After that submitted some evidential documents related to my work experience as well as salary in previous company.

his is not clear process so disappointed, apply for Senior SM role until informal call which required to have 10 years experiences with super strong relationship, I dont know what role next I need to process for the interview.
HR interview -> do assignment about market research and account planning--> an informal call --> Role play with hiring manager and Country Director.

Interview
Interview via Goto Meet with a hiring manager based in Sarajevo. If successful then you are sent an assignment where you have to outline your go to market strategy for Infobip products in your territory and which 5 customers to approach - what are the job titles of the people you'd talk to? How would you deal with each layer of the organisation? From start to close what would be your sales process? If success then there is a second interview with with the line managers you will report to. If successful and you are hired, then candidates are sent to Croatia for 2 weeks training.
