Interview
I attended the written test on 19th April, 2018 and the interview was done on 5th May. The interview experience was so good and the interviewer first made me comfortable and then asked me the questions about myself,my educational qualifications, project etc. I was even asked about the questions on accounting, inventory management, operations etc as well. I cleared the interview and made it to group discussion. After a long wait of more than a month I got a call from them stating that I got selected.

Interview
During my interview, the interviewer laughed when I didn’t understand a question, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I wasn’t offered the position, and honestly, even if I had been, I wouldn’t have accepted. Interviews should be a two-way process, and this experience left a negative impression.
Three interviews before getting the job. First with HR, then director, then three people - director, senior consultant and associate consultant. Afterwards you get the job. The interview process is pretty straight forward
Standard interview process at most companies.
First there is a video interview, then a take home technical coding interview and finally an interview with two senior members of the team.
