Interview went very well. I really love the panel who explained the roles and responsibilities very clearly and understanding my background and totally the process is completely good. But during the offer release the candidate expects proper communication between the Hiring manager and candidate.

First Phone interview with recruiter to talk about position, second phone interview with potential manager for about an hour, same day another manager called to go over more in-depth about role, then a week later onsite interview for about 30-45 minutes with manager
