The HR is okay as most usual hr's do these days, There are 3 steps to get the "internship" initial, technical and final. Initial is okay, but when it comes to technical, Here a list of problems mostly the technical 1. The interviewer has no camera 2. They expect you to dress "NICELY and FORMALLY" 3. Asked a hard coding question and just gave 2-3 minutes to answer!?! 4. False advertisement/posting, it states that they needed skills in XXX language but they only wanted "JAVA"? HUH??? 5. The interviewer is serious just wanted to RUSH and get on with it. 6. The job responsibilities is not internship friendly, they wanted you to become their slave honestly with no allowance.
