Communication was very good between HR, the hiring manager, and myself. The process was much quicker than most competitors in the field. HR performed a phone screen and I also spoke with a few members of the team before interviewing with two members of the sales team and other sales support staff member we. I felt as though the environment was a casual and friendly environment. I liked the speed at which the process moved along, especially after coming from a large company where the interview process could take many months.
