Interview
Standard interview with controller and director. Basic personality questions and scenarios. Very relaxed atmosphere and casual environment. Overall, positive experience. Interviewed in the morning, got an offer in the afternoon. Come ready to share your job experience and how it relates to the role you’re applying for. That’s pretty much it.

Interview
It was a 2 part interview. The first was conducted by the Senior Controllers. During this portion they asked questions about my past experience and how I was led to apply at InfoSync. The second part of the interview was conducted by the VP of Operations. She did an overall recap of what the Senior Controllers asked as well as went into more detail about the employee relationship side.
