I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Infoware (Lagos) in May 2018

Interview

It involved 2 rounds of interview. The first is an aptitute test which includes personality, behavioural, IQ, logical and critical thinking test The second and final round is meeting with the engineering team where you will be asked questions on your previous experiences and projects

3 stage interview. Test, Oral Interview and Product Presentation It included an IQ Test and then a panel interview. before the final presentation on a product of the company to the board

One on one verbal interview with the Managing Director with questions that might have to be demonstrated in writing. Questions were asked ranging from personal to professional to IQ test. The Managing Director also share some of the company's goals and achievements.
