Very inconsistent. Phone call with recruiter, then met with VP of HR. Company rushed to have me meet with CEO, and then rushed to have me meet another VP. Then sat and waited for weeks without word. Still have not heard back after a month.

Interview
I found the job on craigslist and was called to schedule an interview. The interview was pleasant and not to difficult. It was more a getting to know you than anything overly formal because it was a job for something very, very simple.
