The interview experience for the Fullstack Engineer III role was generally positive. The interviewers were supportive, professional, and created a comfortable environment throughout the process.
However, I felt that the evaluation was heavily skewed toward DevOps and system design topics. While these are important aspects of a full-stack role, the focus was almost entirely on DevOps—around 90% of the discussion—leaving very limited room to assess frontend and backend development skills.
For a Fullstack Engineer position, I believe the evaluation should be more balanced across frontend, backend, and DevOps competencies. Because the final assessment leaned strongly toward DevOps, it gave me mixed feelings about whether the interview fully reflected the expectations of a full-stack role.

Question 1
One of the key areas they asked me about was DevOps, particularly around observability—things like logging, monitoring, and related concepts. The discussion was quite focused on these aspects rather than covering a broader range of full-stack topics.
