Ingenio interview questions

Negative interview experience. They took 3 round 1 assignment this process took one month. Then they mentioned that they have filled the position internally. Decision making is questionable here. Won't recommend.

I went through screening phone interview first. interviewer was quite nice and friendly. It was an easy process. You will get response within one or two business days. I think the interviewer told me there should be 3 rounds of interviews.
