My local Ingles conducted weekly interviews on Mondays until they found the right candidates. They were open interviews, so I just showed up on one of those Mondays. When I showed up, there were 2 other guys there. After they finished I went in for the interview. The questions were extremely basic and quick. Since he was extremely interested in my resume, he hired me on the spot and I started working there the following week.
Simple and Straightforward! I think it lasted around 20 minutes, and most were based on availability and understanding the company culture, values, and procedures. It felt more like a conversation than anything! The manager was able to tell me lots about his experience and it was really comfortable.

Talked with the store manager on the phone after submitting an application online, and he was really nice and offered me a job after talking for ten minutes on the following Business day.
