Phone interview first round with engineering manager. Then onsite interview with engineering manager, operations manager, and department ops lead and maintenance lead. 3 rounds of two people each. Fairly laid back with a lot of discussion. Very brief plant tour.

Interviewed on campus. Invited to second round interview at one of their manufacturing sites. Third interview at preferred site. Process took longer than I hoped, but the interviews themselves were simple behavior based.
