Phone screening followed by a proper interview with two managers. In between was a Korn Ferry assessment. I heard back a week after my interview about an offer via a phone call from HR.

Two rounds of interview: recruiter screen and then interview with hiring manager. They were all behavioral questions, and the recruiters were supportive and answered questions quickly. Very comfortable experience overall.
