Application The recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn. The whole interview process took about 4-5 weeks, from the initial phone call with HR to the final interview round with other decision makers (due to covid-19 situation on-site interview couldn't happen), with a technical task in-between. Being told after the final round that they'd get back to me by the end of the following week. Judging by the interview and my profile matching their requirements, I thought I had a good chance of getting selected. It was incredibly rude, two-faced and unprofessional of them to keep a candidate hanging without any positive/negative response for more than 3 weeks, especially considering the time spent prepping for the interviews and their one week technical task! I spent at least 5 unpaid working hours on weekdays for their interviews only (more time spent on task) and seeing this kind of unprofessional response from the other side was extremely disappointing. Followed up with recruiter for 3 weeks after my final round, received same reply that "We will keep you updated". 5th week after my final round, the position was removed from their careers page. Other positions were still active which means they were still hiring.
