- There was a telephone call with a lovely lady, who gave a preemptive call about the position, where they received my resume and application from (LinkedIn), and a description of what they do, and the name of their biggest client (Telus). - The telephone call was followed by a round of emailing to confirm a time for a virtual interview with Geena (some kind of HR), who handled the hiring. - The interviews were pretty straight forward, although I think the time of day significantly impacted the quality of the virtual interview.
