You need an NMlS license and get finger printed. This is a job that you need to have a lot of money saved up as it can take two years before you have stable money coming in. If you can last the two years though you will most likely have a pretty unstructured job where you can make a lot of money

Was contacted via email by the Processing Manager to set up an in-person interview. I went in and the first thing you'll have to do is fill out a job application, so make sure you show up about 10-15 minutes early. After that, I met with the manager and we discussed my background and work experience as well as the position itself. The entire interview lasted about 45 minutes.
