Interview process included three interviews, and, as shared by other reviewers, a ghosting. Interview content for one of the three interviews made no sense for the position. Concluding with a ghosting at any level is unprofessional; at the director level exceptionally so. Retrospectively grateful I did not receive an offer.

Questions made no sense for the position and stated expectations. Interviewers did not seem aligned in their understanding of the position.
Met with two senior level staff (including the CEO) and the conversation was relaxed but focused. I felt there was a good fit and was told I would be perfect for the position and that they were looking forward to working with me. However, like others said, was ghosted. Never heard back even after sending thank you notes and several follow up notes asking specifically about the status of the position. It doesn't take much to respond and I found this incredibly unprofessional.

Ghosted as well. I interviewed 3 times for the position, including with the CEO. I agree with other people here - the ghosting is totally unnecessary and unprofessional. I don't care that they didn't want to hire me -- it may well have been the best decision for them! But getting ghosted is totally not cool.
