I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Inmar (Winston-Salem, NC) in May 2016
Interview
A lot of situational questions. Very intensive interview. Interviewers are nice and informative, and they took notes when you answered their questions. Being natural and honest would be helpful to you. Think of some situational questions such as time management and conflict of different projects would be helpful.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Talk about their current problem in serving some clients where costs are huge and revenues are lagging behind - how to rate from "difficult" to "easy".
Phone interview with recruiter and Excel test, peer interview with two different people, and panel interview with three different managers. Then hiring decision. Moves fairly fast and interviews are about 30 mins each.
Interview process consisted of three rounds, 2 behavioral and 1 "case study". Normal behavioral questions, just trying to get a feel for who you are. For the case study, you were given 30 minutes to analyze a dataset and explain your findings.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Inmar (Boston, MA) in May 2021
Interview
First round with HR on phone for 20 minutes. The second round was with 3 team members about 20 minutes each interview. Final round was with the VP. More of a personality interview rather than technical skills.
