I applied online, for a different positions, and a recruiter emailed me about my interest in the sales ops coordinator position. I said I was interested and she requested I fill out a pretty basic pre-screen questionnaire before the phone interview. The phone interview went great, the recruiter was easy to talk to and made it easy to feel at ease. Have specific examples of projects you have done and know how they apply to the position you are applying for. Have multiple examples for each topic, always be prepared for the, "and what else?" question. After that I was called in for an on-site interview with a manager in the sales operations department. Once again, great experience, these seem like great people to work for. The third round was another on-site interview and presentation. I had to present to the team I would be working with so they could make sure I was a good fit (I appreciated that they have a say and the company cares about the chemistry of a work group). Then I had a 30 minute interview with the direct manager of the positions, then another with a higher up. Overall, a very challenging interview and invaluable experience.
