Inneractive interview questions

Extensive series of interviews with team members and HR that goes beyond the STAR methodology. For a director role you are interviewed by at least two of your peers, at least two of your direct reports, at least twice by the HR manager and your line manager and by two members of the c-level executives. As in most cases, you know you are close to getting an offer when all three of your references are check and your employment history is verified.
