Interview
The interview process was three stage interview consisting of initial phone screening, second phone interview, then practical interview covering IQ testing as well as Physical and problem solving test of average difficulty. The process took over a month to complete due to the company restructure. Hiring/Interview has been getting better now sitting at around a two week turn out.
